⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My Experience with Portray.pk

I recently ordered this mattress from Portray.pk, and I must say, I am genuinely impressed with the overall quality. The quality of the mattress is incredible, and I am very satisfied with the finishing and overall product.

Their customer care and support were also excellent. Due to the ongoing political strikes, my parcel was delayed by a day, but their team was very helpful and cooperative throughout the process and made sure it was delivered on time. I really appreciated their effort and commitment.

I do have two small suggestions for improvement:

Calligraphy: The calligraphy could be refined further and made more elegant and impressive, as it would enhance the overall appearance of the mattress.

Diamond-cut stitching: In a few areas, the diamond pattern does not look perfectly even/neat. I would suggest paying a little more attention to the stitching and finishing in these sections.

Apart from these minor points, my overall experience with Portray.pk has been very good

I received my parcel. MashaAllah, the prayer mats are so beautiful, and the embroidery is done so beautifully. InshaAllah, I’ll definitely order again next time. Thank you so much! ❤️
