If the buyer received the damage product, the buyer need to report us within 24 hours after the delivery and send back the Canvas. We will send you a new Canvas.
As it's print on demand service so if the buyer don't like the Canvas after the delivery and would like to send back. We will refund the 60% of the total actual amount after we receive the product back (The return shipping charges are on the buyer)
